Summer Hours & Upcoming Events
It is finally summer in New York! It’s still raining a lot, but at least it’s warm. You can stay cool in the gallery at Art in General, but be advised that we will be closed in observance of Independence Day on Friday and Saturday, July 3rd and 4th.
Take some time to come by in the next couple of weeks, because The Timber and The 8 Train will close on July 18. Once our current shows have wrapped up the galleries will remain dormant for the rest of the summer, and you’ll have to wait until September to see new art at Art in General. Fortunately there are several public programs in the next few weeks, so you can have the opportunity to see the shows and hear the artists talk about the exhibitions and related topics.
