Everything Must Go
Mike Fitzpatrick
Over the course of two years, Mike Fitzpatrick has devised, “strategies for mapping Manhattan,” in which he observed the plight of various street economies such as street vendors, hustlers, the homeless, expensive boutiques, and an increasing number of art galleries. This exhibition presents a range of the artist’s own “merchandise,” including photographs and found objects. An essay by Liz Dalton accompanies the exhibition.
