Remastering

Remastering is part of an ongoing series titled Sentient Home System, in which safe havens are created for small animals and insects. Produced by Leszek Golec and Tatiana Czekalska, this project aims to highlight the neglect inflicted upon animals in urban environments.

This residency and exhibition are part of Art in General’s Eastern European Residency Exchange (EERE) gives artists an opportunity to create a new work in a new context, and to meet and interact with art communities in Eastern Europe and New York City. Leszek Golec and Tatiana Czekalska were nominated to the EERE by the Foundation Center for Contemporary Art in Prague, Czech Republic.
